We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the product you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.
The item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
